Delivery Information

We always aim to provide a fair and simple delivery policy which we've outlined below to help you easily find the information you're looking for.

Delivery Options

You have a choice of how you wish your item to be shipped. Typically the choices we offer will include different Royal Mail delivery options. However other options may be available depending on your order and location.

Sometimes we may only offer a specific delivery option for selected items, for example New Rock boots - We do this when an item needs a specific delivery option due to item weight or value.

In cases where we have only offered a specific delivery option then that option will always be fully tracked and in the case of high value items may be insured as well.

Delivery Costs

We base our delivery prices on how much we ourselves are charged for delivery of your item by the courier. We’ll usually try to keep delivery fees as low as possible and offer the most cost-effective delivery options.

Delivery Times

If your order is placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday then we’ll aim dispatch your items the same day that you’ve ordered them (subject to cleared payment).

Orders placed after 14:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Tracking Details

We will always provide you with full tracking details of your item where delivery services offer this option so you can watch it on its big adventure to your home.

Free Delivery Options

We always try to keep costs down for our customers where we can so we offer free shipping for orders within the UK that reach a total basket value of £50 or more with eligible items.

For international orders we also offer a free shipping option however international orders must first reach a total basket value of £100 or more with eligible items.

In some cases items may be not be eligible for free shipping due to per-item weight or shipping method required. If this is the case you may still be charged for delivery as normal.

Collect From Store

We offer a collect from store option where you can choose to come pick up your item from one of our stores (the one which you picked during checkout).

If you’ve chosen this option then you’ll need to bring a printed copy of your invoice (sent to you via email) as proof of purchase and some ID which matches your invoice (We don’t want to give your order to the wrong person!)

While it is not required, we do recommend you wait at least 30 minutes before picking up your item to allow our staff time to prepare your item for you.

You’ll have 30 days to collect your item, if you do not collect your item within 30 days you will receive a full refund and your item may be placed for sale again.

In-Store/Online Exclusive Items

We sometimes mark items exclusive to either Online or In-Store, we do this where we feel it works better for the customer. For example a £0.99 item may be marked as In-Store only as the cost of postage would cost more than the item itself which means you’d pay more for postage than the item which doesn’t make sense.

Items marked as In-Store only can be purchased Online, however during checkout the only delivery option is to collect from store.

However, Online Exclusive items cannot be found In-Store or collected from store.

Ordering From Outside The United Kingdom

If you’re not resident within the United Kingdom don’t worry, we do ship internationally!

We offer several international delivery options by default which may be available for your country during checkout as normal.

However while we have tried to cover as many countries as possible there are still some cases we may not have default delivery options for your country in which case you may need to contact us before placing your order so that we can calculate and provide you with a delivery option.

While rare there may be times we simply cannot deliver to your country (due to trading regulations and such like) if this happens and you’ve contacted us we will tell you why we cannot send items to your country.
