A hidden portrait locket developed from a rare, recondite, 16th Century instrument originally used by preternatural scientists to calculate astromantic prediction via the movement of the guiding draconic divinity through the celestial bodies.
Large pewter hinged locket to take a 1 ¼" (30mm) dia circular photo. With an etched brass instrument dial and a rotating, pewter dragon pointer. The locket fastens with a magnetic catch.
